Directions: San Onofre

If you’re driving to San Clemente, CA: To find the campground from the I-5 South, take exit 71 for Basilone Rd and turn right onto Old Hwy 101 and follow signs for San Onofre. Make sure and pass the first parking lot you will see on your right and signs for San Onofre State Beach and (Edison) Nuclear Power Plant. You will travel for several miles (5 more minutes) until you arrive at San Onofre Bluffs Campground guard shack. When you arrive at the guard shack to enter the park, please let the park ranger know that “I’m ONLY dropping off my youth for the “Lucky Sevan Youth Retreat”. DO NOT say, surf camp as they get us confused with the Endless Summer Surf Camp, thank you.

If you’re flying to San Clemente, CA: You will want to fly in and/or out of JWA, John Wayne Santa Ana Airport (SNA) – it is the closest, most convenient, and easiest international airport serving the Orange County and Greater Los Angeles area located nearest to our camp location in San Clemente.
